PRODUCTS & PRICING
First, a word about our philosophy - We photograph each assignment completely and deliver however many photographs it takes to thoroughly display your property in your marketing materials, or however you plan to use them.  When we accept an assignment, you can be assured that we will photograph your listing thoroughly, unless you instruct us to do otherwise.  We have been known to deliver more than the 50 maximum photos allowed in our local MLS on larger properties.
Note:  Prices shown below do not include mandatory state sales tax of 8.25%.  Also, residential prices apply only to platted urban and suburban lot sizes.  Acreage may incur an extra charge.  Also, vacation rental properties incur an extra $50 fee for perpetual licensing.  Locations more than 45 minutes from Spring, TX may incur an appropriate travel charge.  Please note that waterfront properties are priced slightly higher, due to the higher number of photos provided.
